He is survived by: his parents, Harold Cunningham and Carol Cunningham (Westling); his wife Shasta J. Cunningham (Thompson); his children, Miranda and Dylan Cunningham; his mother-in-law Debby Thompson; and his siblings, Glen, Tim, Joe, Dean and Connie.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made towards Dylan's college fund as per Mike's wishes.
