She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Boka and Ruby Boka (DeVore); and her sister Darlene Faye Boka. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Boka (Mary Louise) of Mingo Junction, OH and Dolores Kirshner (Craig) of Mt. Vernon, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
