With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Parmenter of Mingo Junction, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lillian Parmenter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cilli and Jessie Cilli (Orsini); her husband Robert M. "Bob" Parmenter; and her siblings, Dominic, Tony Cilli, Ann Wargacki, Mary Kucer and Jean Grishkevich.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Adams of Steubenville; her grandsons, Michael Francis (Ania) and Kevin Francis; and also, Aurora and Andrew Francis.
