He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Vance (Glover); his children, Mark Vance of Mingo and Valeria Piccinninni of Columbus; and his stepchildren, Shelly Michelle Travis of Wintersville, James "Donnie" McClain of Richmond and Loretta Whipkey (Chris) of Richmond.
