He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Moffo, Sr. of Sebring, FL and Shirley M. Moffo (Ely) of Mingo Junction, OH.; his children, Harley Moffo of Wintersville, OH, Cody Moffo (Faith) of Boliver, OH and April Moffo of Mingo Junction, OH; his stepchildren, Brittany France of Wintersville, OH, Zachary France of Toronto, OH and Lillian France of Boone, NC; his brother Joseph Moffo, Jr. of Gainesville, FL; his grandchildren, Bash, Rayland Moffo and Lauretta Moffo; and his stepgrandson Jayden Sturtevant.
