He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Minch and Mary Minch (Paulette). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Minch (Damico); his children, Shannon Minch-Hughes (Stephen) of Mingo Junction, OH, Dr. Holly Minch-Hick (Charles) of Mingo Junction, OH, Nicole Mascio of Wintersville, OH and Sam Anderson of Toronto, OH; and his grandchildren, Aiden Minch-Hick, Domenic Mascio, Gianna Minch-Hick and Nicholas Mascio.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 5:45 PM at the Wheeler Funeral Homes (101 Longview Ave, Mingo Junction, OH 43938). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (204 St Clair Ave, Mingo Junction, OH 43938).
