McClelland of Mingo Junction, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley Bittinger; his children, Darlene and Richard; his grandchildren, David, Dustin (Andrea) and Ruthie Ann (Derreck); his great grandchild Maybelle; his nephew Jerry; his niece Angie; and his parents, Perry McClelland and Annie McClelland (Collins).
