He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Carnahan and Shirley Carnahan (Clegg) of Toronto; and his daughter Kathleen Michelle. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Carnahan (Lamantia); his daughter Kelly Lynn Carnahan of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Cathy McIntyre (Gary) of Toronto.
