"Jim" Huggins, Sr.; his wife Loretta of Steubenville, OH; his mother Millie Huggins (Stewart) of Mingo Junction, OH; his sisters, Sandy Collins (Chris) of Athens, OH and Susie Huggins of Mingo Junction, OH; his nephew Justin Collins of Athens, OH; and his stepsiblings, Rob Cochrun of Wintersville, OH, Sheila Wajda (Jeff) of Bloomingdale, OH and Rich Cochrun of Strausburg, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
