She is survived by: her parent Mamie George (Sciarrino); her husband Edward Welch; her sons, Brian Welch of Mingo Junction, OH and Craig Welch of Piedmont, SC; her sisters, Dora Snyder of Riverside, CA, Rose Marie Arnett (Lary) of Weirton, WV, James, David, Erika, Ashlee, Carol Howard and Rita Welch; and her brother-in-law Robert Welch (Judy) of Mingo Junction, OH.
