He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dee Phillips (Molnar); his daughter Amber Lynn Phillips of Waynesburg, WV; his stepchildren, Lennie Nicole Tredway of Midland, PA and William Dean Tredway of Wellsberg; his granddaughters, Sophia Grace Phillips and Natalia Jade Tredway; and his brother William Henry Phillips (Donna) of Wellsberg.
