He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Maas and Onzel Bowden Maas. He is survived by: his children, Shane Maas (Ann-Marie), Chantal Puth-Rettler and Jessica Critser; his sisters, Julie Engle, Susie Elgaard and Debbie Bradbury; and his grandsons, Liam, Niklas, Luke, Philipp and Nikita.
