He is survived by: his children, Christine Nicosia (Sam) of Steubenville, OH, Frank Lucas, Jr. (Shannon) of Mingo Junction, OH and Marianne Hellock (Corey) of Bloomingdale, OH; his sisters, Shirley Harenberg of Steubenville, OH, Jenny McMillen of Fontana, CA and Patricia Roberts of Mingo Junction, OH; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Putz (Mark), Isabella Hartung (Corey), Samantha Nicosia, Thomas Lucas and Grayson Hellock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, golfing buddies and friends.
