He was predeceased by: his parents, Franco Bonafede and Chiarina Bonafede (DelGallo); and his sister Gloria Bracone (Paul). He is survived by: his sisters, Eva Vaccaro (Angelo), Dorothy Florentine (Dominick), Evelyn Dappollonio (Angelo) and Clara Pagnanelli (Edward); his wife Hazel Bonafede (Foley); his daughters, Dr. Debbie Bonafede of Steubenville, Lisa Gearhart (Paul) of Riverside, CA, Francine Price (Kerry) of Howard and Leslie Simpson (Bracone); his grandchildren, Ryan Gearhart (Ashley), Austin Gearhart, Jordan Gearhart (Maddie) of Riverside, CA and Ian Gearhart (Amanda) of Phoenix, AZ; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Harper, Weston, Sully, Scottie, Renell and Hazel. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
