She was predeceased by: her parents, Othie Husak and Josephine Husak (Rehenek); her former husband Frank Petrella; her husband John Liberatore; her son-in-law Clifford Bernard; her brother-in-law Douglas Scott; and her brother Ted Husak.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Petrella of Niger, Africa (Larry Petrella), Beverly Bernard of Orange, CA and Barbara Reza (Juan) of Orange, CA; her stepdaughter Debbie Lawrence (Bill) of Mingo Junction, OH; her sister Gladys Scott of Roscoe, IL; her grandchildren, Larry Petrella, Jodi Petrella DeStefanis (Mike), Beth Bernard, Cliff Bernard, Adam Landy (Sonnett) and Coby Landy (Christine); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Anthony, Trevor, Lena and RayJer.
