It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diantha Marie Milligan of Mingo Junction, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Neal Mitchell Zack. She is survived by: her mother Clara Zack Tippie; her grandmother Florence Zack; and her fiancé David Smith of Mingo Junction. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
