It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Stevens (Mingo Junction, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent William Bickerstaff. She is survived by: her parent Linda Bickerstaff (Tressler); her husband Charles Stevens; her children, Justin Glasgow (Brandy) of Richmond, VA and Amanda Price of Dillonvale, OH; her stepson Alan Stevens of Brilliant, OH; her sisters, Linda "Lin" Powers and Billie Jo Renzelli; and her grandchildren, Ada, Rylan and Mila Price.
