He is survived by: his wife Lisa Russell (Koslik); his sons, Chuck Russell II (Ashley Renforth) of Steubenville, OH and Christopher Russell of Lakewood, CO; his grandsons, Jacob and Warren Russell; his sister Sharon Adams (Gerald) of Richmond, OH; his half-sister Karen Young (Scott) of Charleroi, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Russell of Follansbee, WV and Judy Russell of Florida.
