She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy Margaret Howell (Jackson); her husband Patrick J. "Pat" O'Malley; her son Dale O'Malley; and her siblings, Dr. David Howell and Jean Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy DeLallo of Weirton, WV and Colleen Suter (Darren) of Weirton, WV; her grandchildren, Leah Brandt (Matthew), Benjamin Suter and Jacob Suter; and her great grandchildren, Patrick Emerson Brandt and Rosalie O'Malley Brandt.
