She was predeceased by: her parents, John Engle and Helen Engle (Schmalstieg); and her sisters, Char Brady and Debbie Kalo. She is survived by: her husband James David Anzak; her children, Kelly Jean Reasbeck (Michael) of Martins Ferry, Daniel Cain of Martins Ferry and Megan Anzak of Martins Ferry; and her nephew Tom Engle (Donna) of Warwood, WV.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
