He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden R. Westfall and Shirley D. Westfall (Jackson); and his brother Ivan Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Margie Westfall (Flesher); his children, Jim Westfall (Shawna) of Mingo Junction, OH, Bobby Westfall (Stacy) of Weirton, WV and Leeann Russ (Dale); his siblings, Debbie Rusnak (Rodney) of Dayton, OH, Ardeen Strong of Burkesville, KY, Rita Wolfe (Lonnie) of Tionesta, PA, Peggy Henry (J. O.) of Irondale, OH and Donna Escobedo (Dan) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, Corban, Samantha "Sammi" Westfall, Carter, Conner Russ, Arabella, Madison, Jackson and Charlotte Westfall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
