She was predeceased by: her parents, William Culver and Gladys Bates Culver. She is survived by: her children, Billie Ruggles (Steve Garrett) of Minford, Bobbie Taylor (Jonnie) of Minford and Mickie Stapleton (James) of Wheelersburg; her grandchildren, Lorie Taylor (Chris McGrail), Jesse Taylor, Rebecca Stapleton (Jonathon Throckmorton) and Derek Stapleton (Morgan Charles); her siblings, Patricia Wagner (Roger) of Wheelersburg, Dewey Akers (Cindy) of Columbus and Frank Akers (Carol) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Avalon, Alexa, Keyli and Brye.
