She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Gilbert Lewis and Roma Mae Phillips Lewis; her husband Steven Henson; her son Jeffrey Lewis Henson; and her sisters, Edna Meads and Nancy Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughter Stefanie Henson Morrison of Saline; her grandchildren, Jordan Henson of Minford, Morgan Henson of Minford and Andy Nussel of Saline Michigan; and her son-in-law Scott Morrison of Saline. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in her honor can be made to Hospice Care 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W., Charleston, WV 25312, a group who provided exceptional care and support to Sally during her final days.
