He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Webb and Helen Webb; his wife Peggy Jean Koehler; his brother Jack Webb; his sister-in-law Susie Miller; and his grandson Adam Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Christa Dyer (Kenny), Roscoe Webb, Robert Webb (Carla) and Brian Webb; his siblings, Susan Goins, Paul Webb (Pat), Jeanie Tussey and Claude Webb (Janet); his siblings-in-law, Mary June Webb, Evelyn Jenkins (John), Bill Koehler (Betty) and Adam Miller; his grandchildren, Brittani, Kendall Dyer, Jessica Webb, Miranda Baughman and Keith Webb; and his great grandchild Masey Dyer.
