He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Burton and Shirley Burton. He is survived by: his significant other Pam Howard; and his stepchildren, Keith Durham (Jonda), Jason Durham, Jennifer Ruggles (Steve) and Jacqueline "Jackie" Howard. He is also survived by three sisters; two brothers, and several step-grandchildren.
