Hale (Minford, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles V. Hale; his daughter Sonya Hale; and his brother Donnie Paul Hale. He is survived by: his parent Juanita Price Hale; his wife Jacquelyn Hale (Henderson); his children, Roseva Hammond and Chris Hale-Templeton of Brandon Hale; his stepdaughter Olivia Morris; his grandchildren, Jessica Butler, Brooke Hammond, Levi Hammond, Lexie Hale, Braxton Hahn, Jara Willis, Michael Morris, Isaiah Hale, Bradley Hale, Kayleigh Justice, Aiden Holbrook and Isabella Holbrook; his great grandchildren, Mason Willis, Haylyn Butler and Adalee Butler; and his sisters, Rita Riley and Kathy Reedy.
