He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Betty Powell (Waddell); and his brother-in-law Richard Trowbridge. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Russell Powell; his daughters, Stefani Leming (Daniel) and Brandi Powell; his stepdaughter Miranda Porter (Kaleey); his grandchildren, Brielle, Breanna, Davynn, David, Delani, Stormie and Joseph; and his siblings, Barbara Trowbridge, Kenny Powell and Kevin Powell.
