She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Keith Smith; her son-in-law Bill Buttner; her great grandchild Makenna Hazen; and her siblings, Mike Bayes and Jean Smith.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Carolyn Buttner of Oak Ridge; her grandchildren, Angela Hazen (Mike), Ryan Tramell (Paige) and Stacy Mullens (Herb); her great grandchildren, Alex Mullens, Claire Mullens, Mikey Hazen, Taylor Shultz, Katey Hazen, Parker Tramell, Alayna Tramell and Alyssa Hazen; her siblings, Bob Bayes (Ruth) of South Webster, Kenneth Ray Bayes (Paulette) of Minford, Wanda Sudbrook (Don) of Concord and Pat Skaggs (Leslie) of Minford; and also, Kathy Blackburn and Bob Blackburn of Minford.
