He is survived by: his significant other Martha Nichols Oberley; his children, Tony Oberley (Sam), Anna Katherine Collier (Mike), Mikell Rase and Cassidy Mirmohamed (Derrick); his nephew Tim Smith; his grandchildren, Daryl Oberley, David Oberley, Jessica Clemente, Justin Brown, Cohen, Remy, Finn, Brooks Mirmohamed, Presley Boggs and Jack Colley; his sisters, Nancy Smith and Patsy Graham; and his close friend Ken Rase. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
