He was predeceased by: his daughter Misty Kay Slusher; and his brother Michael "Todd" Slusher. He is survived by: his wife Jill Slusher (McKenzie); his son Jeremy Slusher (Melissa Dunham); his stepsons, Jason Plummer (Taylan) and Jesse Plummer (Leigha); his grandchildren, Chase Lee, Braxton Slusher, Amya Eley, Crue Plummer, Jesslyn Plummer, Jaycee Plummer, Jensen Plummer, Jed Plummer and Janie Plummer; his great grandchild Layton Lee; and his siblings, Marvin Slusher (Robin), Marty Slusher (Teresa) and Physcilla Slusher.
