She was predeceased by: her grandsons, Ethan and Evan Collins. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Burchett and Karen Burchett; her sister Mindy Burchett Antunez (Juan); her children, Natacha Collins, Timothy Collins and Curtis Collins; her grandchildren, Elijah and Alaynah Collins; and her niece Bethany Collins. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
