He was predeceased by: his parent John Cecil; and his siblings, Bill Sloas, John Sloas and Sally Carpenter. He is survived by: his parent Mary Smith Sloas; his wife Judy Bailey Sloas; his children, Tony Sloas and Marcie Fyffe; his grandchildren, Melissa Robinson, Kyle Sloas, Brittney Pickles and Katie Fyffe; and his sisters, Christine Rose and Karen Risner.
