He was predeceased by: his parent John D. Lykins, Sr.; his wife Anna Francis Lykins (Porter); and his siblings, Herbert Lykins, John D. Lykins, Jr., James H. Lykins, Albert Lykins, Rosa Montgomery and Goldie Davis.
He is survived by: his parent Florence Lykins (Williams); his daughters, Patricia Ann Murray (Cecil) of Waverly and Sharon Marie Stockham (Joe) of Minford; his grandchildren, Michael Murray, Aaron Murray (Tracey), Lori Case (Kendall), Jody Stockham (Carolyn), Chad Stockham and Ryan Stockham (Angela); his great grandchildren, Blake Murray, Calley Reed, Elijah Murray, Isabella Grace Murray, Khloe Ann Case, Brittany Rickett, Layne Stockham, Brandon Stockham, Zachary Stockham, Corbin Stockham, Rylan Stockham, Caleb Stockham and Hannah Stockham; and his great great grandchildren, Leo Rickett and Ashton Rickett.
