He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Nagel Turner and Verna Louise Turner (Price); and his brother-in-law Carl McGraw, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Mosley (Derrick) of Hilliard; his grandchildren, Elaina Campbell and Amari Mosley; his siblings, Lloyd Turner (Jane) of Grove City and Rebecca Benner (Bradley) of Portsmouth; his nieces and nephews, Wes McGraw (Amanda) of Lexington, Margaret McGraw of Portsmouth, Joshua, Abigail Turner of Chillicothe, Nathanial Turner (Gabrielle) of Portsmouth and Lorrie Hopkins (Ken) of Circleville; and his great-nephews, Oliver, Wyatt and Logan.
