He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Dever and Emma Dever (Shoemaker) of Minford; his brother Earl Dever; and his son Mark Dever. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dever (Pinson) of Minford; his daughters, Rita Graf of Highland Heights and Melissa Conklin (Dale) of Wheelersburg; his daughter-in-law Amy Dever of Minford; his grandchildren, Kelsey Graf, Thomas Graf (Kayla), Trista Jackson (Damen) and Allison Conklin; and his great grandchild Kamila Graf.
