He is survived by: his mother Shirley Conklin; his children, Candice Sites (Mike), Kris Conklin, Taylor Coe and Katelyn Conklin (Patrick Thurman, II); his grandchildren, Alexis Conklin, Bryce Elrod, Brentley Mullholand, Baylei Elrod, Pearl Mullholand, Karter Conklin, Blake Conklin, Bostin Elrod and Bentely Elrod; his sisters, Renee Johnson and Kimberly Spradlin (Scott); and his aunt Judy Steinmetz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
