She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Sexton and Virginia Thompson Sexton; her husband Mark Rakes; and her brothers, William Thompson and Ryan Sexton.
She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnn Thompson, Carol Cooper (Don), Cora Gorman, Dianne Lemaster, Reeca Ball and Joseph Sexton; and her nieces, Stephanie and Jessica. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
