He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Donna Mae Adkins Widdig of Laborer's Local; and his son John Christopher Widdig. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Allen Widdig; his daughters, Christy Haas (Thomas), Jennifer Snyder (Rece) and Megan Widdig; his grandsons, Brandon Haas and Brady Haas; his sister Gail Hobstetter (Kline); and his pet Harley Cruz.
