He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lewis and Lona Frances Lewis (Parker); his wife Mary Ann Lewis (Keller); his siblings, Betty Meadows, Pauline Caseman, Russell Lewis, Bill Lewis, Carl Lewis, Edward Lewis and Jack Lewis; and his son-in-law Delbert Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Evans and Daniel Lewis; his stepdaughter Helen Trapp (Mike); his grandchildren, John Evans, Doug Evans, Kathy Evans, Daniel Lee Lewis, Sunshine Lewis and Sarah Cottrill (Tony); and his sister Winnie Jacobs. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
