He is survived by: his wife Tracy Eldridge Hay; his children, Teresa, Tania Sizemore, James Phillip Hay, Ryan Eldridge, Walter Ammons, Cole Sizemore and Dakota Eldridge; and his brothers, Ralph Mills (Tony), Jamie Hay (Tonda) and Eddie Combs (Jennifer). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
