We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2020, at the age of 85, Jack Albert Lewis of Minford, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lewis and Leanna Parker Lewis; and his siblings, Ed, Bill, Carl, Russ Lewis, Betty Meadows and Polly Caseman.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Matthews Lewis; his children, Rick Lewis of Kentucky, Tony Lewis of Minford and Teresa Roberts (John) of Indiana; his stepson Randall Allen of Portsmouth; and his siblings, Jerry Lewis of Minford and Winnie Jacobs of Minford. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
