He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Ann and Herb Kelley; his siblings, Carl, Hob and Shirley; his children, Ed Matthews, Scott Kelley and Connie Cooper; his grandchildren, Tiffany Matthews, Anicia Cooper and Cody Kelley; his great grandchild Rusty Elrod Conley; and his children-in-law, Candy Kelley, Velda Eggers, Ronald Schaffer, Jack Lewis and Russ Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Homer Wayne Kelley (Kayla) of Wheelersburg, Rick Kelley of South Webster, Herb Kelley of Jackson, Vicky Hamilton (Rodney) of Stout, Dee Lewis of Minford, Crystal Kelley Lute (John) of Lucasville and Beverly Sue Schaffer of Ashland; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Edwards (Mark) of Sciotoville. He is also survived by friends, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
