He was predeceased by: his former wife Georgia Hiles Fraley; his mother Mabel Gleim Fraley; his brother Robert Fraley (Bud); his sister-in-law April Howell Fraley; and his sister Delores Crabtree (Sis).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Creekbaum Fraley; his children, Todd Fraley (Robin), Trenton Fraley (Staci) and Tamatha Dale Fraley Baez; his siblings, Ed Fraley (Becky) and Betty Will (Ray); and his grandchildren, Scott Fraley (Kelly), Kaibi Fraley, Linus Fraley, Erin Greathouse, Maggie Bach (Brandon), Grace Swenson Hollis and Johnnie Dale Baez. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
