He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Fowler and Melvin Ray Moore; his children, Daniel George Moore, Michael Ray Moore and Kristol Lynn Canterbury; his grandchildren, Matilda Faith Ann Miller, Angel Lynn Miller, Haylee Nicole Miller and Isaac Isaiah Miller; his wife Carolyn Moore; his daughter Laura Campbell (Johnny); his grandchildren, Raven Collins (Cody), Christian Miller, Christina Sutphin (Nathaniel) and Emily Miller; his great grandchildren, Salem Collins, Winston Sutphin and Serenity Sutphin; his sister Sheila Jarrell; and his pet Piper Saige.
