He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Adams and Polly Ellen Williams Adams; his sister Beverly Ann Lewis; and his stepdaughter Tammy Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Lundy (Sheena) of Jackson, Heather Sissel (Joe) of West Portsmouth and Sharee Crawford (David) of Orlando, FL; his stepson Kenneth Boehm of West Portsmouth; his former wife Donna Adams of Friendship; and his grandchildren, Justin Evans, D. J. Crawford, Haley Duncan, Emily Sissel, Ryan Sissel, Aaron and Logan Lundy. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
