He is survived by: his sons, Terry Slusher (Sherry) of Beaver and Chris Slusher of Beaver; his grandchildren, Tori Slusher, Taylor Slusher, Mackenzie Paige Slusher, Kayla Lay, Joey Lay, Amy Dixon, TJ Slusher, Ray Brown, Cadie Sizemore, Johnathon Slusher, Taylor Estep, Joseph Estep and Reagen Lyons; his great grandchildren, Landon Lay and Kinsley Lay; and his siblings, Leroy Slusher, Wanda Barker (Dave) and Donna Cantrell.
