She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Allen and Evaughn Allen (Cree); her spouse Dale E. Patrick; her son Larry Joe Duckworth; her siblings, Juanita Allen and Keith Allen; her grandsons, Brian Shaw and Robert Shaw; and her son-in-law Skip Ward.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Ward of Brownsburg and Vickie Bragg (Gary) of Kokomo; and her brother Richard Allen (Helen) of Boyleston. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, many Great-Grandchildren and Great Great-Grandchildren.
