He was predeceased by: his parents, David N. and Nellie Agnes DeAtley (Jones); and his siblings, Robert DeAtley, Bill E. DeAtley, Dorothy Smith, Patty DeAtley, Alice Mae DeAtley, Lovetta Reed and Wilotta Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Sue DeAtley (Wessel); and his sister-in-law Darlene DeAtley (Trace) of Portsmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
