With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faith Hartley (Minford, Ohio), who passed away on October 18, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Edward "Sandy" Hartley; and her children, John Albert Hartley and Nettie Jane White. She is survived by: her son Page Hartley (Karla). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grand children.
