Ella Coburn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella Coburn of Minford, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Thomas Gaylen and Norma May Scott; her husband John Lewis Coburn; her siblings, James Scott, Virgil Scott, Gayle Scott and Lelia M. Gilmore; her grandson William Scott Bayless; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Coburn.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Coburn of Minford, Donna Jo Bayless (Bill) of Jamestown and Karen Lea Simpson (Larry) of Englewood, Florida; and her brother David G. Scott of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, thirteen step great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
Ella was a former employee of Minford Local Schools, Goodyear Atomic Plant and was a member of Harrison Free Will Baptist Church for over fifty years and was a charter member of Charity Free Will Baptist church.
